Search International will work diligently to locate your missing heirs, and to provide the documentation necessary to prove their entitlement. We have established two different fee structures, enabling you to choose the one that best fits your needs.

Our two fee arrangements are:

1. The Contingent Fee - We attempt to locate the beneficiaries and contract with them for a percentage of their entitlement. The contingent fee is the most preferred since we are compensated only in the event of success and known heirs do not have to share in the expense of locating the missing or unknown heirs.

2. The Hourly Fee - Our hourly rate is $125 per hour (subject to change), plus expenses. The number of hours necessary will be estimated once we analyze the available data.

We utilize the services of numerous attorneys every year. We constantly retain counsel to represent our interests and those of our clients' in probate matters and guardianships. In addition, we pay Finders' Fees for estate referrals. We also retain the attorney who refers the case. Whenever possible, we attempt to retain attorneys who have utilized our services in the past.
