Insurance
Beneficiary Location
Many insurance
companies throughout the United States, at one time or another, have
found it necessary to locate a missing beneficiary or policyholder.
Our firm specializes in those locations and has worked with over 50
insurance companies in the last few years.
We have taken
a unique approach and offer our services to insurance companies on a
contingent basis. We are compensated only in the event we are successful
and we receive a fee from the entitled beneficiary. The initial reaction
of some insurance companies is, most beneficiaries would not be willing
to proceed on that basis but the opposite is actually true. We have
found the beneficiaries are extremely grateful and realize they would
not have received anything if not for our efforts.
We also work on an hourly basis, plus expenses and will be happy to
quote our current rate upon request.
Approximately $70 million was escheated by insurance companies in the
past few years. Who benefits from escheated funds? The state, not the
beneficiary because only an estimated 11% of escheated funds are ever
reclaimed.
